Public storage had two issues: Too many help center calls asking how to pack for a move and a declining SERP ranking.

We took on both issues with a series of ‘how to’ videos, showing people how to hack their move so they wouldn’t need to call the helpline.
Plus, the helpful videos quickly pushed Public Storage up to Google’s #1 organic search spot for storage companies, thereby reducing the need for expensive campaigns.
